On 14th of March Peace and Freedom Organization in cooperation with NPA has conducted an one-day training session on the legal framework of labor rights and protection mechanisms for a number of workers in the city of Sulaymaniyah as part of the Promote Worker's rights and freedom of syndication.

The session was divided into three parts, at hte begin focused on the most important rights that have been enshrined in the Labour Law, then followed by the obstacles to implementation, and finally the solutions have been identified and discussed. Participants of the training actively took part in all three parts through group working .In the training, the president of the Sulaymaniyah branch of the Kurdistan General Trade Union gave a short speech, in which he explained some remarks to the participants , as well as thanking the Peace and Freedom Organization for conducting the training.
