Members of the Soran Leader Youth Council, in cooperation with each of the Halabja, Chamchamal and Rania youth councils, visited the Monument of the Martyrs of Halabja to express sympathy on the 33rd anniversary of the chemical attack on Halabja.
The Soran Youth Council consists of 30 young volunteers working to improve youth capability.
