At the invitation of the British Consulate General in Erbil, the representative of Peace and Freedom organization attended a lunch discussion on October 18, 2022. Participants addressed freedom of expression and the state of violations in the Kurdistan region.

The British Ambassador to Iraq (Mr. Mark Bryson), the British Consul General in Erbil (Mr. David Hunt), James Oates and Hanar Ma'roof, Head of the political department at the British Consulate in Erbil, and representatives of Civil Society Organizations and media outlets participated in the discussions.
