On November 25&26, 2022, Peace and Freedom Organization as part of the JISRA project organized a two days training on the common ground approach and stratigic communication to religious engagement in Erbil province.

Most components of the Sheikhan community participated in the training ,including youth,civil activists and religious leaders .

The purpose of the training is to build safer, fairer and more harmonious communities and to cooperate across religions and other sectors of society.

JISRA project aims to promote peaceful coexistence and freedom of religion and belief in Sheikhan subdistrict.

It is worthy to mention that peace and freedom organization is implementing the project in partnership with Search for Common Ground Organization.
