In the second week of July 2023, and as part of one of the participatory grantmaking in JISRA project (PGM), a group of young people from Kirkuk governorate, with the support of Peace and Freedom Organization, did painted three paintings showing peace and coexistence in the province, as the paintings indicated the religious and cultural diversity that characterizes the Kirkuk.

In addition to that, brochures were printed and distributed in the governorate focusing on the promotion and dissemination of tolerance and the culture of freedom of religion and belief and not prejudiced to the beliefs and sanctities of others, and then distributed them in commercial and crowded areas through team members in various areas of Kirkuk governorate to bring the concept of peaceful coexistence and freedom of religion to the largest possible number of the diverse Kirkuk community people
