The Department of Training and Capacity Building of the Peace and Freedom Organization, in collaboration with the Halabja Disabled Organization (HDO), successfully organized a comprehensive Human Resources (HR) training program.

 

The training spanned over three days, commencing on October 31 and concluding on November 2, with the primary objective of equipping HR professionals with essential knowledge and skills to enhance their effectiveness within organizations.


The training was led by Rezgar Omer, a seasoned HR professional with a wealth of experience in the field, known for his expertise in HR management. The training sessions were held in Halabja Province.


The training sessions covered a wide range of critical HR topics, which were thoughtfully organized to ensure a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. The topics for each day were as follows:
