Within the Transformative Justice project implemented by Peace and Freedom Organization, with partnership PAX the Dutch organization.

Had been hold by Voices of Justice Network in Nineveh a workshop in Qaraqosh - Al-Hamdaniya district and in coordination and cooperation with Shalama Team for Psychological and Community Support, for two days on 3 - 4 Nov 2023, with participation of 20 young men and women.

The goal of the training program is to teach and provide participants with the skills of dealing with individuals who have been exposed to trauma and lost a member of their family, relatives, or the survivors from the tragic fire accident, so that they will be able to overcome the crisis with minimal losses and psychological damage and maintain community cohesion, as well as had been focused on the skills of case manage, confidentiality of dealing and safety for those the survivors, in addition to active listening and communication skills.

There will be visits made by Shalama Team to the families of those affected and survivors and provide them with the necessary psychological support.
