On November 18, 2023, Peace and Freedom Organization held a dialogue session among internally displaced people in Kirkuk city, about the causes of conflicts between the displaced and the host community and the role of civil society in reducing the severity of these conflicts.

The importance of initiatives that enhance social cohesion and promote the safe return of the displaced was also discussed and their stability.

This session was implemented within the project Building Peace and Stability in Iraq, with partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and with support from FCDO
