On Jun 21 - 22 , 2024 , the Peace and Freedom Organization organized a two days workshop in Erbil on peaceful coexistence in Iraq, with the participation of academic civil activists and religious leaders from different religion and ethnic groups in Iraq.

The workshop aimed to present and discuss the most important challenges facing peaceful coexistence and freedom of religion and belief in Iraq, and to come up with effective solutions and recommendations for the next stage,additionally the workshop outputs will be utilized for the development of the UPR report.

Peace and freedom organizations have conducted this activity with JISRA project in partnership with the search for common ground organization.
