Within the project of Building Peace and Stability hab been in Iraq, had been implemented an initiative to rehabilitate the public park in Al-Saadiya district - Diyala.

The initiative included general cleaning of the park and planting new trees in addition to placing waste containers to keep it clean by the community to enhance the spirit of citizenship and keeping the public property. The initiative was also implemented in cooperation with the district director and Al-Saadiya Municipality.

This initiative was implemented by the Peace and Freedom Organization in partnership with the International Rescue Committee and with the support of FCDO.
