The Peace and Freedom Organization is continuing the mentorship and guidance sessions for the Kakayi community in Kirkuk, under the framework of the "JISRA" project, which aims to promote social cohesion and support freedom of religion and belief.
Today, we held two dialogue sessions focusing on enhancing cooperation among the components of the Kakayi community and strengthening the bonds between them. Several important topics were discussed, including:
- Developing Effective Communication Skill
We discussed strategies and effective methods to enhance communication between individuals and communities, contributing to building bridges of understanding and mutual trust.
- Encouraging Joint Initiatives: Ways to support and encourage community initiatives that promote cooperation and unify efforts to achieve common goals that contribute to the community's upliftment were explored.
-Building Sustainable RelationshipsThe sessions emphasized the importance of building sustainable and strong relationships among the various community components by enhancing shared human values and positive interaction.
- Preserving Cultural Heri The importance of preserving cultural and historical heritage and its role in enhancing social cohesion was underscored.
Session Outcomes:
