On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, the Kirkuk Peacefull Coexistence Commission made its second official visit to the Kirkuk  governorate and the  Provincial Council, where the delegation was officially received by Mr. Falah Hussein Al-Azzi, Advisor to the Kirkuk Governor for Education Affairs, Mr. Safaa Al-Obaidi, Assistant Governor for Social Affairs and Organizations, Mr. Hassan Majeed Rashid, a member of the Provincial Council from the Kurdistan Democratic Party bloc, Engineer Rita George Danha, Advisor to the Governor for Technical Affairs, Ms. Shokhan Hasib Koykha Hussein Shawani, a member of the Kirkuk Provincial Council, Mr. Ahmed Ramzi Kobolo, a member of the Provincial Council from the Turkmen Front, and Mr. Marwan Ibrahim Al-Ani, Director of Media in the Governorate.

The discussions addressed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the Commission and the Council and the upcoming training workshop with the Provincial Council to discuss the continuity of the project, with a focus on supporting the Commission’s efforts in promoting peaceful coexistence, especially with regard to achieving the objectives of the “JISRA” project.
