Theoretical and practical training for a group of peace committee volunteers from the Freedom and Peace Organization took place in Erbil on 20-21 / 02/2020.

From all components; 11 Participants came from all four LPC centers: Mosul, Bartella, Bashiqa, Hamdania. Participants are eagerly looking forward to publishing the first issue of the magazine on the 8th of March on the occasion of International Women's Day.

This training activity is part of the preparations project for the issuance of a magazine concerned with the affairs of women and their pioneering role in building and stabilizing peace.

The training consisted of educational clauses on reporting writing techniques, interviews, and historical follow-up on the roots of issues and social, political and security phenomena that directly affect the current situation of local communities and their aspiration to build and stabilize peace
