 On 23rd of February 2020 PFO organized a staff meeting to discuss its strategic plan in 2020.

in the meeting executive board members shed light on the condition of Iraq and how it affects on CSOs' activities and works. they also spoke about the aims of PFO in current situation, then each departments talked about their responsibilities and procedures, after that project managers briefly presented their project activities and plans for 2020.

the second part of the meeting was dedicated to group working, participants were divided into four groups, they worked on four topics which were conflict between components and peaceful coexistence, worker' rights and syndication, women rights and their participation in making decision,radicalization and freedom of religion. the results of the meeting will be considered in drafting the organizations' strategic plan in 2020.
