The Peace and Freedom Organization, in the course of its work in the field of workers' rights, organized a meeting for the representatives of the trade unions and the government and civil society organizations in Kirkuk Province on April 1, at 2:00 PM, through the Zoom Program.

The meeting is part of a project to support trade unions. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss a short-term plan that could be implemented in the current situation to address some of the issues facing workers in Kirkuk province in general and the affected areas of the Daesh war in particular.

 

The plan was based on discussions held at previous meetings to identify key issues for workers. The participants of the meeting agreed to hold a number of activities in the coming days with the aim of solving some of the problems that the workers are currently facing.
