The Advocacy_team of the Peace and Freedom Organization within the project of the local peace committees in #Nineveh, held its regular meeting today, September 1, 2020, in the Bashiqa center, in the presence of the counselor of the defense team, Mr. Ahmed Bajlan and Mr. Idris, the representative of the Handicapped and Special Needs Authority, and the presence of the advocacy team members from the centers,  Mosul, Bashiqa, Bartella, and Qaraqosh.

 Where they discussed the most prominent defense issues, following up the case of opening a sub-committee for the affected people in the Nineveh Plain, providing a building for people with special needs in Bartella, and following up the case of Tiskharab School and Bir Helan for the water purification system for students in Bashiqa.

 The Bartella and Hamdaniya team’s work plan on the issue of opening sentinel pharmacies in Bartella and the Hamdaniya district center was also discussed, as was the agreement to nominate members of the team to follow up on the issue of opening a sub-committee for the affected people in western Nineveh Governorate.
