September 14, 2020 Monday, a dialogue session entitled (Promoting moderate discourse and rejecting hatred in support of minorities in Maysan) was held in Al-Khair Humanitarian Organization hall inside the Church of Mother of Sorrows.  And a group of young people, media professionals and activists, A representative of the Christian religion, head of the Sabean-Mandean Council, tribal sheikhs, and a Muslim religious man.

which highlights the distinctive religious and cultural diversity in Maysan, discussed issues of supporting religious minorities, working on the principle of equality and implementing campaigns that eliminate all kinds of discrimination against them.

 The session was divided into three main themes:

 1- The most important mechanisms and means to address hate speech in Maysan.

 2- The problems and challenges facing minorities in Missan.

 3- How to deconstruct the concepts about minorities.

 This activity was carried out in cooperation with the Nawaat Center and Al-Khair Humanitarian Organization, and as this activity comes within Musawat project implementing by Peace and Freedom Org .
