The Council of Qushtapa Youth Leader organized its third dialogue session on health instructions on November 19,  2020, with the presence of Erbil’s council members. This session focused on negotiating tasks the committee is responsible for. For instance, collecting data on 'the level of unemployment in the district of Qushtapa’ was a prime task of discussion. 

The key outcome of the session were ways to strengthen the functions of the council, with specific suggestions and details regarding each function. Furthermore, the Council decided that a town hall meeting would be held soon, regarding the same topic of concern but this time with the participation of experts, activists, and government officials.

The Council of Qushtapa Youth Leader is one of the councils led by the Peace and Freedom Organization. The Council consists of several volunteers aimed to develop the skills of youths by providing them the opportunity to contribute to the decision centers
