The advocacy team of the Peace and Freedom Organization within the project (Local Peace Committees in Nineveh) on the issue of (Opening night pharmacies in Hamdaniya and Bartella).

 On 8 December 2020, a meeting took place with Mr. Falah Al-Najjar Director of the Hamdaniya Police, and Dr. Ragheed from the health sector in Hamdaniya. The parties got acquainted and explained a brief summary of the advocacy campaigns that our organization carried out in the last period.

 They discuss the campaign to open night pharmacies in Hamdaniya and Bartella to implement the law of night pharmacists in 1968, and presenting a strategic planning study that contains the suffering of society as well as the challenges of pharmacists' owners from the lack of medicines and the current security situation.

The local police within the law to protect pharmacists have shown their willingness to provide protection from any threating phone calls and exposure to immoral crimes, and the health sector in Hamdaniya also has a supportive health authority for this issue because the region is in dire need of night pharmacists.
