For the aim of giving more explanations to volunteering and it's role in the community, the Leadership Council of Qushtapa held a semilar by a sociol researcher, Runak Basheer Omer.

The seminar was presented on Thursday 10 of Dec. 2020 in the Hall of Occasions of Qushtapa for the members of Qushtapa Leadership Council.

Runak said in the seminar, "volunteering jobs will develop the human skills and make his character more civilized, also, it's an opportunity for building public relations."

Runak, also mentioned that "volunteering is a style for avoiding the life routine, devoting ones self for civilized activities, caring  about community awareness and to benefit the public interests.

The Youth Leadership Council- Qushtapa, consists of some volunteer youths in the area of Qushtapa that supervise by the Peace and Freedom Organization.
