In order to talk about the obstacles to women's abilities, the Youth leadership Council held a meeting in Qushtapa, where a number of experienced and activists point of view were discussed.

The meeting was held on Monday 14-12-2020 in qushtapa hall with the presence of council members and a number of activists and college students..

At the meeting, the women's own effort, and  women's movements, and their family were discussed as the main barriers, and then a number of comments were made, the most important of which is the spread of awareness in the society and the development of women's talents and abilities.

The Youth leadership Council of Qushtapa is led by several young volunteers,and supported by Peace and Freedom Organization, aimed at improving their capabilities in various fields, particularly for their further participation in the community.
