On 12/21/2020 in Mosul, the community-based consultative meeting for the joint national human rights advocacy campaign on the issue of (women decision makers) within the project of the local peace committees in Nineveh in partnership with the Mesalla and Peace & Freedom and organizations.

 The meeting was attended by representatives of political parties, professional unions, social and religious councils, and media channels in Nineveh to discuss the role of women in society, their rights in government institutions and their role in decision-making centers.

 The conclusion of the meeting discussed many challenges, obstacles, and recommendations about assessing the rights and role of women and putting pressure on the local government in Nineveh to gain support for this issue.
