In its fifth dialogue, the (students' scientific level decline) was titled Soran youth leadership council, which was held with the participation of a number of students, educational supervisors, community researchers, student parents.

It was held on Tuesday 5-1-2021 in the hall of The Koorak private school in Soran district.

After presenting data and statistics about the number of students and schools in the district's education boundary, many of the issues and obstacles to the development of students' scientific level were discussed, the most important of which were:

Corona virus and going to electronic study and student’s went away from education in class:-

• Teachers' inexperience in expertise
• Economic situation
• The large number of students in the class
• Changing the education system
• Weakness of follow-up to solve teacher and student problems
• lack of researcher in the centers of study
• Weakness of the level of public culture

Later, the attendees discussed a number of solutions and suggestions about the issues of the people.

The Peace and Freedom Organization supervises and supports four youth councils in (Shekhan, Semel and Qushtapa), and the Soran Youth Council is one of the councils, which is a number of young volunteers and their activities are generally for the youth class. Encouraging young people to increase their level of culture and creating more volunteer spiriting and creating more opportunities for young people to play their part and have more role and role in the different aspects of life.

 Soran is one of the districts on the border with Erbil province, which is 120 kilometers from the province's population, and according to information from the Erbil provincial website, there are 125,000 people living there, with a multi-cultural population and believers of both Islam and Christianity.
