Duty stations :Mosul+ Erbil with frequency traveling to Mosul

Project ref: Responding to critical mental health and protection needs of the crisis affected population in Ninewa Governorate, Iraq

Period of implementation: 11 Months

 

Deadline: 31th December 2018

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

 

  • He ensures proper transporting the staffs to the field and office safely when required.
  • He contributes to efforts aimed at ensuring compliance with safety rules at the site, and transmits all information relating to safety concerns to his/her immediate supervisor.
  • Ensure that the assigned vehicle is clean and road worthy;
  • Check vehicle condition/requirement and fill the Log Book properly;
  • Ensure proper maintenance and serving of the assigning vehicle is taken place on day-to-day and report on supervisors on time;
  • Ensure that the steps required by rules and regulations are taken in case of involvement in accident.
  • Perform all other related duties.

 

  • Experience in a similar position, or related experience
  • Prioritisation of staff wellbeing

Status of Job: 

Employed with Temporary Term Contract.
