Job vacation: Advocacy trainer

Job Description         

We are looking for an organized and experienced research trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible to give advocacy capacity building training including, but not limited to;

• Preparing the training materials related to advocacy methods,
• Sharing an agenda of a one-day training,
• Coordinating with the project coordinator to assess the training.

The ideal candidate will be training 20 citizen teams in one day.                                                                      

Main responsibility

The trainer will be responsible for the following:

• Provide information about how to doing an advocacy campaign and community consultation on the energizing reform project.
• Provide the dynamic of the advocacy work.
• To raise awareness of the advocacy campaign including raising awareness of advocate energizing reform project.
• Follow up with the participants for the next step of their advocacy activities in practice.
• Writing a report afterward to see how the training went.

Trainer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, sociology or any related field in Social Sciences.
• One (1) year previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
• Language skill, Arabic is mandatory.
• Computer skills, Word and PowerPoint.
