Job vacation: Peace building and dialogue trainer

Job description

We are looking for an organized and experienced peace building and dialogue trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible to give peace building and dialogue capacity building training including, but not limited to;

• Preparing the training materials related to peace building and dialogue methods.
• Sharing an agenda of a one-day training.
• Coordinating with the project coordinator to assess the training.

The ideal candidate will be training 20 citizen teams in one day.

Main responsibility

The trainer will be responsible for the following:

• Provide aninformation about peace building and dialogue skills of the energizing reform program.
• Provide the dynamic of the peace building and dialogue skills.
• Follow up with the participants for the next step of their peace building and dialogue activities in practice.
• Writing a report afterward to see how the training went.

Trainer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, sociology or any related field in Social Sciences.
• One (1) year previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
• Language skill, Arabic is mandatory.
• Computer skills, Word and PowerPoint.
