Job vacation: Research trainer

Job Description         

We are looking for an organized and experienced research trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible to give research capacity building training including, but not limited to;

• Preparing the training materials related to qualitative research methods,
• Sharing an agenda of a one-day training,
• Coordinating with the project coordinator to assess the training.

The ideal candidate researcher will be training 20 citizen teams in one day.                                                  

Main responsibility

The researcher will be responsible for the following:

• Provide information about how to doing aresearch on the energizing reform project.
• Provide the dynamic of research work.
• Clarify How to use related sources of the project.
• Giving information about the data collecting and data analysis methods, prepare research report.
• Follow up with the participants for the next step of their research activities in practice.
• Writing a report afterward to see how the training went.

Trainer Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, sociology or any related field in Social Sciences.
• One (1) year previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
• Language skill, Arabic is mandatory.
• Computer skills, Word and PowerPoint.
